Set up appointment five days prior to them coming out told them what I needed done for my Locinvar unit waited around all day came toward the end of the appointment time and couldn’t do anything would have to come back with a different technician because the guy they sent didn’t know anything about it .They were not prepared to work on my unit when I asked them if they could work on my unit .Very disappointed

Charlie came to my house to replace two bibs that were leaking and loose. He was very professional and knowledgeable and arrived during the time window I was told. He was also very personable. He took the time to explain to me how they are supposed to properly work. I have a 2 year warranty as well for the parts from this job, and signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. When I need plumbing work again, I will absolutely call My Guy Plumbing, and I will ask specifically for Charlie to do the work.

Arrived on site client stated his hallway bathroom was getting a sewer smell whenever it would rain and when they would take a shower the smell would go away. Client would like for us to go on the roof and check the vent but due to policies we can not go on the roof. There is access behind tub to see the drain pipe and when I dug just a little bit a sand one of the slip joint nuts was broken off but there were no leaks and sewer smell in that area. Client did not want me to dig further to expose more piping underneath.
Arrived on site customer stated that they drop an air freshener down the toilet. Upon inspection found the toilet was clogged attempted to clear with auger did not work pulled toilet and removed by hand set toilet. Tested all work and everything appears to be in working order and there appears to be no leaks at this time. Collected payment.
Arrived on site client state they have a bad sewer smell in the home. Upon inspection we went in the crawlspace and found an open sewer pipe that was dumping out water any time the kitchen sink was used. There was also another leak under the tub where the tub shoe was. Client stated they would like a second opinion. Will credit diagnostic fee if they call back to perform the work.
Arrived on site client stated his main line was clogged and had another plumber out that could not restore flow. Client had a cleanout in the back of the home where we attempted to snake from. After restoring flow we put a camera down the line and found another cleanout in the front of the home. Clients main is piped in pvc from the house towards the street and appears to be in good condition but there are just a lot of turns which reduces flow.
Hardness 4 PH 7.4 Chlorine .3ppm Pressure 73psi Annual plumbing inspection and boiler start up completed along with tanked flush at discounted rate. Client has been a member for many years, throughout the years, many repairs have been made on the plumbing system that MyGuy Plumbing had did. After a very through inspection, I have only located two issues, first is the pop up assembly in the homes only bathroom has a broken lift rod, and replacement is needed to fix this issue, lastly, is there is a dishwasher tailpiece under the sink but no dishwasher in the home. Reason for this being an issue is that if the sewer line for the kitchen were to every get clogged and back up it will leak into the cabinet. Client is not on site at this time, will leave estimates to rectify the two issues I located during the inspection. Flushed tanked water heater. Started up boiler as well.
We will be sending out senior tech to further diagnose.
Arrived to the home, customer states that their first floor bathroom has a clogged toilet. I first ran water to ensure it was not a mainline stoppage, which it was not. I provided options and customer would like us to try and snake the toilet first. Administered closet auger on existing toilet. Restored flow to the toilet. Checked for leaks. *Cause of the stoppage appears to be an abundance of toilet paper. *There is no warranty for any drain cleaning.

Arrived on site client stated his kitchen sink was slow draining and his tub spout has a drip to it when not in use. Upon inspection clients kitchen sink is slow draining but not completely stopped and he also has a Moen Troll shower valve. Client would not like to move forward at this time. Will credit back Visual diagnostic towards work if they call back.
Cut out and removed damaged 1 1/2 copper drain in crawlspace. Supplied and installed new pvc piping in its place. Adapted to existing copper drain using no hub couplings. Secured all my connections and ran fixtures to check for leaks. There are no leaks at this time.
